This clip for Askew One’s latest show ‘Smoke Signals’ represents a strikingly honest and open look into the progression of a prolific artist. There’s no facade here. No bullshit. This is just a guy being totally himself which is somewhat rare to see in a culture of big personalities. States of Matter is the exhibition of Kate and Laura Mulleavy who designed dresses and costumes for Black Swan. It’s incredible to hear them discuss their work, their passion for what they do is infectious. I love how deliberately they’ve consider each aspect of their designs. This is an attempt at a year of production. Trying to get things done, learn as much as possible, relax more than ever before, make big changes and take courageous risk.

This Tumblr is my focus for now, I won’t be posting anywhere else. It will be a journal of work in progress, thoughts, notifications, inspirations and everything in between. It won’t be updated all the time but hopefully often enough. Stay tuned.
